We tailor our care to each individual.
Dr. Cheng utilizes Sacro Occipital Technique (SOT) as his framework to re-create balance in the musculoskeletal system. Knowing what is needed at the right time, Dr. Cheng has vast amount of tools such as soft tissue release, exercise, lifestyle consult, nutrition and low force adjustments.
The most important philosophy Dr. Cheng focuses on is “Triangle of Health” with the belief that in order to be a healthy person there needs to be a balance of physical, chemical and mental aspects of the individual.

Originally from Taiwan and spent most of his childhood in Southeast Asia and Canada, Dr. Cheng has a diverse view of the world and understand the value of individual’s differences. He had always been an enthusiastic and passionate athlete that loves bringing people together and experience various prospective.
In his time off, Dr. Cheng loves to experience different culture in food. He is always planning for a trip somewhere, if you have any suggestion, feel free to share some of your most fond places to travel to.

After completing his BSc in Kinesiology and Educational Psychology in SFU, Dr. Cheng decided to pursue further training in healthcare. He moved to the Bay Area, where he received his chiropractic education and obtained his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose, California. During his time there, he was the president of the Sacro Occipital Technique Club where he assisted in teaching other chiropractic students. In addition, as an ambassador of The Breathe Institute (TBI), he has attended numerous national and international conferences as well as seminars on airway support and breathing-related sleep disorders. Dr. Cheng already has over 100 hours of training in applied kinesiology and over 100 hours of training in pediatric with Dr. Martin Rosen, and he is continuing his studies in chiropractic, with a focus on temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders and sleep disorders. He is also a proud member of College of Chiropractic Ontario (CCO) and Ontario Chiropractic Association (OCA).
